This accommodation is amazingly located right next to BCU and a 10 minute walk to Aston. The gym is top notch for a student accommodation with a good variety of equipment. The accom is always clean and tidy with amazing study/social areas Both the day staff and the security and night are great, daytime staff are always happy to help and get things sorted whilst being friendly and polite, recently started to host fun events where you can win prizes and socialise with other people in the building. Never experienced any issues and such a wholesome experience overall, would recommend 10/10

New management (HfS) is great, most of the older reviews are under the old management!! I cannot recommend this accommodation enough; it’s easily a 10/10 experience. The location is unbeatable for students, situated directly next to BCU and just a brief, 10-minute stroll to Aston University. ​The facilities truly top notch, the gym is exceptional for a student residence, offering a wide range of high-quality equipment. Throughout the building, the study and social hubs are consistently kept in pristine condition. What really makes the difference, though, is the team. The daytime staff are incredibly professional and proactive, while the night security ensures a safe, welcoming environment. I’ve especially enjoyed the recent social events and prize giveaways, which have been a great way to meet other people in the building. It’s been a completely seamless, wholesome stay.

i moved in 3 days ago and hot water in shower doesnt work, tv don't work, door wasn't working, no oven racks? so i had to keep asking staff to unlock my door everytime i wanted to come in until i went down to yell at the reception staff which seemed to put sense into their heads. i hope they see this cuz its unacceptable because you describe urself to be 'luxury student accommodation' yet the basic stuff u need doesnt work and the staff are incompetent as hell the maintenance guy said he'd come back after looking at my room and 2 hours go by and he doesnt. im on the 14th floor and they gave me a room on the FIRST floor to go down and shower in this place needs to get their act together the staff really are very dense..2 of them in particular x

I have lived in this building for just over a year, and I can tell you that I have felt safe from day one. People who have been here before me always say that since Silverback Security took over around 2 years ago, the entire atmosphere has changed for the better. They’re not like your usual security companies. The guards have a good balance of being professional and personable. They greet residents by name, handle any issues with a calm attitude, and keep a reassuring presence without being in your business. They are really professional and clearly take pride in their work.
